With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the yachting industry, he brings deep operational knowledge, technical expertise, and a genuine understanding of what makes a yacht experience exceptional.

Ilija began his career in yachting at the age of 20 and has been actively sailing ever since. Over the years, he has worked extensively on sailing yachts, catamarans, motor yachts, and gulets, gaining first-hand experience across a wide range of vessels and charter operations. His background includes roles as a base manager for a yacht charter company, a technician working both in charter bases and directly on boats, as well as experience in shipyards and boat-building companies.

Having lived and worked in different parts of the world, including New Zealand, Iceland, Malaysia, and the Netherlands, Ilija has been exposed to diverse cultures and tourism standards. This international perspective allows him to recognize and implement best practices from various markets, always with the aim of improving guest satisfaction and service quality.
