Ljubo co-founded Malum Yachting in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in software engineering, business consulting, and technology project management to the luxury yacht charter sector. He oversees the company's technology infrastructure, digital marketing strategy, and operational systems.

Prior to Malum, Ljubo led technology projects across Europe for various clients in the corporate and startup sectors. His technical background includes graduate training from Croatia's leading technical university, where he focused on engineering and systems development. This expertise now supports Malum's booking platforms, client management systems, and digital operations.

Growing up on the Adriatic coast gave Ljubo early exposure to sailing and the maritime tourism industry, which later informed his decision to build a technology-driven approach to yacht charter. His network connections in Croatia's nautical sector, combined with his business and technical skills, positioned him to launch Malum alongside two experienced sailing professionals.
